At Esferize, we are committed to protecting the data of our customers and users. We are pleased to announce that we have achieved ISO 27701 certification, a significant achievement that reflects our dedication to information privacy management.

What is ISO 27701?

ISO 27701 is an extension of ISO 27001, specifically designed for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS). This certification sets out requirements and provides guidance for protecting personally identifiable information (PII), helping organisations to comply with privacy regulations and protect individuals’ sensitive data.

Our path to excellence in cyber security

At Esferize, we were already ISO 27001 certified, which ensures a robust information security management system. Obtaining ISO 27701 reinforces our commitment to privacy and data protection, complementing our capabilities in cybersecurity and other areas.

Importance of ISO 27701 certification

  1. We comply with international regulations: We are aligned with international best practices for data privacy management.
  2. We increase our customers’ trust: Our customers can be confident that their data is managed and protected to the highest standards.
  3. We improve risk management: We have robust processes in place to identify, assess and mitigate data privacy risks.
  4. We promote transparency: We are committed to being transparent about how we manage and protect our customers’ information.
