Esferize On TV, our own development, certified as a Technological Innovation project*.
Esferize is considered one of the most outstanding companies in the field of the development of customised solutions thanks to its constant commitment to innovation, focused on satisfying the needs of its customers, as well as improving its customer management. In this context, from Esferize, we have implemented the project “Innovative entertainment and bidirectional communication solution in the hotel sector”, in order to facilitate the management of the quality of the services offered to Esferize’s client companies, defining a platform for the various IT tools available to the guest.
The project we have designed and developed is based on a television solution for the hotel sector that is a commitment to the use of the television screen in the hotel guest’s room as a centre or connection point for entertainment and two-way communication with the guest. So that, in addition to being able to watch television content, both linear and on demand, this guest can connect their content to the television and, in turn, interact with the hotel’s private services.
In terms of technological advancement, Esferize On TV has brought a number of substantial innovations:
- New platform designed to operate completely autonomously. Guests always have up-to-date information, improving the user experience and decision-making in the management of the different services.
- Unique and comprehensive platform, customisable to the needs and particularities of each client.
- Defining the appearance and activities of the client, bringing added value to the hotel and improving the guest experience.
- New system that allows connection and characterisation based on host parameters.
- Development of a user-friendly environment. All developments are designed to be attractive to the user, and provide a pleasant user experience.
At a business level, Esferize is pursuing the following objectives with the implementation of this project:
- To promote the use of ICTs in client companies to favour the relationship and management of the services they offer.
- Convey an image of modernisation to the end customer with the use of the latest technologies for the management of their services.

- Optimise the storage and tracking of all information relating to customers and suppliers and their products and services, avoiding possible losses.
- To position ourselves as leaders in the integral digitalisation of building management and other services.
- To reach a new level of business expansion, consolidating ourselves and being able to continue offering products and new services to the market.
