As could not be otherwise, Esferize, following the pillars on which it has always been based, reinforces its commitment to sustainability.
A few months ago, we had the privilege of participating in the project “SMEs and SDGs: promoting companies for change through the measurement of the Social Footprint“. This conference, organised by COPADE Foundation and Rise of Innovator Institute, helped us to put our priorities in order and develop an action plan to achieve our goals. It was also a pleasure to meet the other SMEs, such as popin_, SimSkills, dLana and Grupo Moby Dick, among others, and to exchange perspectives and new ideas.
Among our milestones, we would like to highlight our partnership with the Juan XXIII Foundation, which will be our new electricity supplier at our facilities. We would like to congratulate them on the innovative initiative of creating Juan Energy. The Juan XXIII Foundation has promoted the first supplier in Spain to offer 100% solidarity energy, as it invests all its profits in social projects, and 100% green, relying solely on renewable energy.
On the other hand, at Esferize we are also promoting change by hiring new suppliers to help us meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that we have set ourselves. As a result, we prioritise a respectful and local logistics model, the selection of eco-sustainable materials and we are concerned about promoting the local business fabric.
Thanks to COPADE Foundation for helping us to measure the effects that our organisation has on people and the planet in alignment with the 2030 Agenda Goals. We are proud to display this seal that recognises our commitment to the Social Footprint and our contribution to the achievement of the SDGs.
